Allied Business Solutions offers a 100% CUSTOMER SATISFATION GUARANTEE with 30 DAYS returns policy on our printer supplies.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our printer supplies, you may ask to return them. Allied Business Solutions will exchange or refund your full cartridges (shipping cost excluded) upon receipt of return. Cartridges are to be returned in the original package at least 70% full of ink with a valid RMA # (request RMA# through e-mail @ info@digitalallied.com).
